FAQ's

1- Do you ship internationally?

No – we currently only ship within the contiguous United States

2- What are your shipping fees? 

We do not charge for regular shipping,

3- When will I receive my order? 

Items are shipped within 2 – 4 business days as most are made to order. We will send you a confirmation email once we have shipped your items, it then takes approximately 5 – 12 business days to arrive.

4- What kind of leather do you use? 

We use cow leather that has been treated with a special wax to a full grain leather surface. When applied it protects the leather fibers far better than other substances used on common leather items. The leather has been treated to look and feel aged while retaining its toughness and durability.

5- How do I clean my leather products? 

Put the leather cleaner on a cloth and wipe on the surface softly, keep the product away from water but if it does get wet, pat down with a dry cloth and leave to air dry. Use natural leather cream if the leather gets too dry.

6- How do I return an item?

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. Your item must be unused, in the same packaging you received it and in the same condition. We require proof of purchase such as your receipt or order number. Personalized items are not eligible for refunds.
