We are so confident in the design and craftsmanship of our products in Elite Leather, USA, ” we offer a lifetime guarantee. If your leather product has a manufacturer’s defect, the sewing stitches come apart for any reason, natural wear, and tear over a period of time, or it simple wears out, return it to us and we will send you the same product that you bought, brand new.

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. The Life- Time Guarantee does not cover abuse of the product/s.  If your dog “Scruffy” or your cat “Whiskers” (or any other microcephalic of an animal nature) takes a liking to our leather goods and decides to make a meal out of it, or keeps it as their own play toy, the guarantee is null and void.

Only natural use and natural wear and tear constitutes the Life-time Guarantee. You will also have to register your product on our site to receive that guarantee. The guarantee does not cover any problem that has been cause by damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship, conditions, malfunctions, or damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance or modification or not following care instructions. We are not responsible for any damages caused in transit.
